Big Brother Canada 6 eviction: Who was the third person voted out?
What makes this eviction debate so interesting is that both Olivia Riemer and Jesse Larson are players that we’ve got some mixed reactions to for a number of different reasons. For Jesse, he’s absolutely terrible at the game, he talks too much, and he’s far too bold with some of his proclamations. Yet, at the same time he is also infinitely more entertaining than Olivia, who comes across as a little bit arrogant but isn’t altogether interesting as a player. Neither one of these people is winning the game but they could each help some other players try and win the game. That’s one of the interesting struggles that some of the players had to figure out — which player could actually help them get a little bit further in the game?
Ultimately, the biggest determination here was that Jesse was too big of a threat — we think that a big part of this comes down to the fact that he called out someone else during a veto speech. If Jesse did that to Hamza, in theory he could do that with just about everyone else.

In the end, the votes came in and it was Jesse evicted in a 7-2 vote. He fought hard and we give him a lot of credit for that. Derek and Veronica were the only two votes to keep them and we feel like those were symbolic at best — there really wasn’t all that much else to them. In true Big Brother Canada fashion, though, we didn’t get to see who won HoH during the show — we’ll have to wait for that.
Check back tomorrow, as we will have a full exit interview coming up with Jesse!
