Happy! season 2 premiere date hopes for Chris Meloni series
The primary thing to remember now is merely this: There will, in fact, be a Happy! season 2 airing in the future. This was confirmed earlier this week by Syfy. The series has posted decent ratings for the network — it isn’t a smash hit by any means, but at the same time it’s done well enough to get another solid run in the future.
As for when the Happy! season 2 premiere date could be, think in terms of late 2018 as a preliminary estimate. Much of it could depend on production start/stop dates plus making sure that there is time to get all of the proper effects in there — this is a show that certainly relies on them more than many other show in this genre.

No matter when the series is going to be coming back, we do still think that there’s a chance that a premiere date could be announced in the late summer / early fall. Comic-Con would be a great venue to do it, but that could also be a little bit early.
The best thing about season 2
That’s pretty simple at this point: Everyone behind the scenes now knows that viewers have embraced Happy! and its wonderful brand of weird. With that, there’s a reasonably good chance that they will take that as an incentive to up the ante and make this show even more unique from here on out. (Unique is really just putting the term lightly.)
