The Flash season 4 episode 13 preview: Is Barry Allen getting exposed?
The last thing Barry Allen may want to do is to reveal to others that he has powers; yet, on The Flash season 4 episode 13, he may not have all that much of a choice. Over the course of “True Colors” lives could be on the line as Amunet Black puts him into a precarious position: Either he reveals who he is and saves many, or he shies away and many of his fellow prisoners die.
Is there another way? We like to think that there is always another way, but this is one of those situations that we’ll have to wait and see on.
For a little more insight into what’s coming, just be sure to check out the new The Flash season 4 episode 13 synopsis now:
AMUNET MAKES A BIG PLAY – After hearing that Amunet (guest star Katee Sackhoff) has struck a deal to buy all of the metahumans in Iron Heights, Barry (Grant Gustin) must decide if he should expose his powers in order to save his cellmates. After a visit from an old friend, Ralph (guest star Hartley Sawyer) is reminded of his shady past and wonders if he’s really a changed man. Tara Nicole Weyr directed the episode written by Jonathan Butler & Gabriel Garza (#413). Original airdate 2/6/2018.
This episode of The Flash is also rather important in that it marks the final installment of the series before the Olympics, which are going to be putting some shows in the network’s lineup out of commission for a couple of weeks. We’re hoping that there is some big reveal here, or that this may be when Barry makes his way out of prison. If the writers of The Flash knew about this hiatus coming up months ago, they may have decided that this entire story of Barry in prison may work rather well as a self-contained arc.
As for whether or not Dibny finds himself a changed man, we just think that everything that he’s been through is going to stick with him in some shape or form … regardless of whether or not he realizes it at first.
