What’s the best Once Upon a Time ‘ship ever?
What we want to do within this article is chronicle what we believe to be some of the most popular ‘ships that are either out there right now, or have been out there at some point over the course of the past several years. While this is meant to be just a bit of fun for discussion purposes, we have put together a poll at the bottom of the article for you to share your favorite. We’ll come back on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time (1:00 p.m. Pacific) to officially announce the winner. Note that you can vote however many times that you want — if you are on mobile and can’t see the poll, be sure to click to view the non-AMP version.
Now that we’ve adequately set much of this up, let’s move now to the next order of business and discuss some of these ‘ships a little more in-depth.
Snow & Charming a.k.a. Snowing – One of the original Once Upon a Time ‘ships and therefore the one we have to kick things off with. Without them there is no Emma Swan, and there probably is no curse since there is less of a reason for the Evil Queen’s jealousy to be ignited. They are the building block for much of the rest of the show.

Emma & Hook a.k.a. Captain Swan – They because a significant part of the series officially when Hook first kissed Emma back in season 3; since that time, we’ve only seen their relationship continue to grow and develop. They’ve got their happy ending now and a presumably a new baby at this point; let’s hope we get a chance to revisit them soon.
Rumpelstiltskin & Belle a.k.a. Rumbelle – We’ve seen so much of their journey now through the years and in so many ways, it was heartbreaking. Yet, we do think that this story is meant to be emblematic of change, of evolution, and of showing that there is a reason to root for the good in everyone. Interestingly, though, their first episode together back in season 1 may still be our favorite.
Regina & Robin Hood a.k.a. Outlaw Queen – Another extraordinarily popular ‘ship for a wide array of different reasons … but unfortunately, one with an extremely-tragic ending since the characters never had the opportunity to have a long and happy life together. Yet, Robin showed Regina how to love again after Daniel and we do think that she continues to hold a very special place in her heart for him.
Regina & Emma a.k.a. Swan Queen – You can’t venture online without seeing mentions of them in social media, in fan art, or in fanfiction. Swan Queen fans are extremely passionate and the relationship between the two has inspired so much among its supporters. They continue to be integral part of the show’s following even without Emma on the show so often.
Henry & Jacinda a.k.a. Glass Believer – One of the newer ‘ships on the series but one that does have some fans already. They’ve been put on a journey thanks to Lucy that could eventually lead to them being together forever. As for whether or not that happens, we’ve got the remainder of the season to find out.
Alice & Robin a.k.a. RabbitBow – If Henry & Jacinda are new, these two are really new. We’re just going with RabbitBow as the ‘ship name because Rose Reynolds endorsed it. We hope that we get to see more of their relationship play out here in the second part of season 7; they’ve already managed to generate a lot of excitement in the limited amount of time they’ve shared together.
