Silicon Valley season 5 premiere date revealed at HBO
For anyone out there who is especially curious in getting the Silicon Valley season 5 premiere date, wait no longer! The folks over at Pied Piper are going to be coming back onto HBO even sooner than we expected.
The network announced on Wednesday that the Silicon Valley season 5 premiere date is officially set for Sunday, March 25 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Just in case that wasn’t enough for you … CarterMatt also has the new trailer! You can check that out below, and with that you’re going to have a chance to see that there are more significant highs and lows coming for the entire Pied Piper gang. The good news that the group is facing right now is simply that they’ve got their New Internet project building towards something, and that includes seemingly getting a staff together and trying to hob-knob at some lavish parties.
The bad news? Richard still sucks at public speaking, Laurie is still nervous about the overall manpower, and apparently, Jian Yang has no interest in letting the group into their old home … which is apparently his incubator now. With Erlich gone somewhere overseas (what a miserable ending that guy had), the focus is now instead on Richard and everyone else trying to make their careers grow.
TJ Miller’s absence is the biggest thing that is different about Silicon Valley season 5. In terms of the show itself, it’s not airing alongside Veep for the first time ever. That show is being pushed back so that Julia Louis-Dreyfus can receive treatment for breast cancer (our thoughts remain with her); the first season of Barry, the new comedy featuring Bill Hader as a hitman, is going to air after Silicon Valley at 10:30. This is actually a pretty good lineup of two shows that seemingly have a lot in common with each other.
