Criminal Minds season 13 episode 10 return date: When’s it back on CBS?
According to the Futon Critic, the CBS show will be coming back on the air when we get around to Wednesday, January 3 with an episode entitled “Submerged.” That seems to be the best likely start date for the show with the Olympic Games in mind. The Winter Olympics, coupled with Big Brother: Celebrity Edition, are going to completely ravage the schedule on the network. Criminal Minds will be off the air for much of February, and with that you’re going to see new episodes airing over the course of January instead.
Will the show be able to deliver great storylines throughout the month? We hope so, and not just the ones where we see the story of UnSubs for the entire hour. We want to see more of the team, their personal lives, and some of their struggles. We’d love to see more of a long-form story like what we had with Reid, but we haven’t gotten much of an indication that this is coming. That storyline seemed to be somewhat polarizing among many of the fans for season 12.
As for the show’s future beyond just the return date, there are a number of other interesting questions worth asking … including whether or not there will be a season 14 of the show on CBS. We like to think that there will be, even if it’s billed as a “Final Season” in advance. Anytime that a show lasts more than ten episodes it feels almost like a cheap move to not give the series a proper ending — one that the writers can plan for long in advance. Regardless of what you’ve felt about Criminal Minds and certain episodes/characters over the years, we do hope that you think the show is worthy of ending in the best way possible. If the show lasts beyond season 14, that’s also great — we just don’t want season 13 to be the end.

Well, we all know the ratings aren’t doing that well for CM and that has not changed since they fired Thomas Gibson. I think any avid fan of the show would want to see the ultimate happen. BRING BACK THOMAS GIBSON, please!. There is a reason that WeTV only want the first 10 seasons and Mr. Gibson is it. With all that is going on in this world, that is all CBS/ABC could come up with? You all didn’t make a statement. You just caused millions of viewers to stop watching the show and not that you even care about what the viewers think or want. I say get up off your pedestals and realize what is more important to viewers. Thomas Gibson. Wheels up!
