Scorpion season 4 episode 7 preview: Tina Majorino debuts as Florence

When Scorpion season 4 episode 7 premieres on CBS next week, you’re going to be meeting a potential new team member! Tina Majorino is going to be making her first appearance on the show as Florence, a chemistry expert who could end up becoming valuable to the team for a case or two.

Is she the sort of character who could stick around? It’s probably a little bit early to say that for sure. Yet, we do like the idea of her being around on a recurring basis to test out the character with viewers. Think of her as someone who could stir the pot at the garage and introduce some new dynamics. You want to do little things on a show like this here and there in order to mix things up — it keeps them from getting routine or expected and since we know that the Scorpion team typically always saves the day, the garage is a good place to have things be a little out of the ordinary.

“Go With the Flo(rence)” –While tracking a device that can prevent a nuclear meltdown through the Los Angeles sewers, Walter learns the nuances of listening and not offering advice to Paige. Also, Team Scorpion meets Florence (guest star Tina Majorino), their new neighbor at the garage, after she sends a mix of smelly chemicals through their shared ventilation as a warning to keep the noise down, on SCORPION, Monday, Nov. 6 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Clearly the photo above is not of Florence but of Paige, but that seems to make sense when you think about what the nature of this upcoming story is. After all, we’re going to have a chance in here to learn more about how Walter becomes a better boyfriend to her. We like that she’s staying patient with him, especially since he’s going to need a lot of that in the event that this relationship is actually going to work and last longer than just for a few episodes.
