Gotham season 4 episode 6 preview: Professor Pyg’s debut
As for who Professor Pyg is, this character is known for being one of the freakier foes of Batman in the DC Comics world, and as a result of that this is going to more than likely be someone the writers have quite the field day interpreting for the small screen. He will have his own freaky motivations, some rather gruesome calling cards, and probably plenty of puns on the part of the show’s writers when it comes to episode titles. There is a reason why the next installment, after all, is entitled “Hog Day Afternoon.” This is an episode designed to make you a little uncomfortable, and by the end of it you may be more freaked out over pigs than you’ve been since you saw the Hannibal episode entitled “Digestivo.” (Go watch it if you want, but be forewarned in advance that you probably need to have a strong stomach to sit through it.)

Gotham season 4 episode 6 synopsis – “Gordon and Bullock are hot on a serial killer who has been assassinating cops and dressing his victims in the severed heads of pigs as his signature mark. Meanwhile, Sofia tries to win over Penguin, and Thompkins, Nygma and Grundy find themselves an unlikely home at Cherry’s place in the all-new “A Dark Knight: Hog Day Afternoon” episode of GOTHAM airing Thursday, Oct. 26 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX.”
This episode looks exciting on paper for a wide array of different reasons, with one of the biggest ones being that we’re going to get a chance to see a hodgepodge of different villains all in one spot. One of the big questions that we’ve also wondered with Gotham in general is why some of the various characters don’t just band together to cause a little bit of chaos. Over the course of this installment, maybe we get a chance to see a little bit of what this could look like.
