Big Brother 19 live feed spoilers: Zings and Mark’s campaign (day 61, morning)
Take, for example, Kevin. Apparently, the Zingbot joked with him that his attempts to use saran wrap to slow down the aging process were not working. His comment to Matt, however, was pretty incredible: He hasn’t done anything this season … other than Raven. Zing! We’ve heard that he may have said something to Josh about his weight, but that just sounds weird to us after how hard the house took Jessica and Cody’s comments. That being said, the Zingbot has always had an edge to him and is unafraid to make fun of pretty much anything and that’s why we love him.
We’ll see all of the various zings on the show Wednesday night, and there may even be some more that are teased before then.
Anyhow, the most important thing to know from last night (if you missed it) is that Jason has the Power of Veto. That is great from the vantage point of ensuring his own safety, though it also doesn’t do a whole lot in terms of keeping him from being a target down the road now. It’s another reason for people to go after him given that he’s been winning a ton of competitions lately and there aren’t too many people who dislike him in the game. It is still weird that one of the origins for the Jason-as-target narrative is him learning that he has another baby on the way, but apparently there are a lot of people worried about him being a huge threat at the end and quite frankly we think they should be worried.
While Mark is currently set to go up as a replacement nominee, he at least tried to make a pitch to Christmas last night to save himself so that he could work with her and Josh moving forward. For one, the idea of a Mark/Josh alliance remains hilarious since these guys have the weirdest relationship in the house. They go from liking each other to hating each other to hanging out and dancing together. We don’t think Christmas is actually going to bite on this, but it would be fun if she considered it given that it would mix things up in the game. Also, Mark’s a good target to hide behind because he will always be a bigger threat. The biggest reason for Christmas to not consider this is that she already has a big threat in front of her in Paul. She’s got a good chance of making it to the end of the game as it is without Mark’s help.
Oh, and we should also point out last night that the costume punishments came to a close for both Alex and Jason. Therefore, there is no more camping with the hot dogs, and Jason doesn’t have to pretend to be extreme anymore.
