Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders season 2 episode 11 spoilers: Singer’s death
This time around, we will see the IRT take off to Jamaica, a place that you do typically associate with beauty as opposed to chaos. Unfortunately, it’s going to be more of the latter over the course of this episode, and things could only escalate because you’re talking about an episode that is going to feature a story about fame, and some of the consequences that could go along with it.
Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders season 2 episode 11 synopsis – “When the body of an American singer is found on a rural road in the blue mountains of Jamaica, the International Response Team is called to investigate.”
How popular of a singer was this victim? That is important to know within the context of this episode, mostly because it could determine everything from the motive to the circumstances of the attack. Maybe she was targeted by an UnSub who was waiting for her and ready to do anything in their power to stop her and do the unthinkable. Or, maybe she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. This is a show that doesn’t tend to favor one outcome over the other.
Aside from the specifics surrounding this story, the only other bit of information that we can offer up at the moment is that this is an episode that could be critical when it comes to whether or not the show gets renewed for another season over on CBS. The ratings have put it firmly into bubble territory; the best thing we can hope for is that the network feels a need to renew it largely so that they can have another pitch-hitter in the event that one of their other shows on the schedule ends up getting canceled. By the time we get to the finale, there is a good opportunity that we will know one way or another what the show’s future is going to be.
