The Good Fight finale spoilers: ‘Chaos,’ and protests, erupt
The Good Fight finale will be coming your way on CBS All Access next week, and we figure that for some out there, that is not going to be an easy pill to swallow. After all, it wasn’t like it was that long ago when we first had a chance to see the show premiere, and we’re now staring at the last episode for the calendar year presumably.
Just in case you are wondering about why The Good Fight is only doing ten episodes in the first season, there are a pair of rather-simple reasons why. First, CBS All Access didn’t know how the show was going to fare. There was no clear ratings precedent, and with that, there was no way to ensure that the show was going to be a success. Also, remember that Robert and Michelle King were doing an exhausting 22 episodes of the show previously a year. After doing that for a good seven years straight, it does make a little bit of sense that they would want to lighten the load.
As for what you can expect to see on this episode, let’s just say that one of the main events is going to be an opportunity to see Maia and Henry learn a little bit more news in regards of the scandal. Meanwhile, you’ll also have a chance to see Diane and Kurt be brought together after spending a little bit of time apart.
Finale synopsis – “Diane takes on a new client who is accused of cyber-terrorism, resulting in unforeseen repercussions for the firm, especially Lucca. An accident brings Diane and Kurt together. Henry reveals new truths about the scandal to Maia. Jason Biggs and John Cameron Mitchell guest star on the season finale.”
This promo below is a nice reflection both of the season so far, and the general themes of The Good Fight to date. This is a show that is current, relevant, and one that is not afraid to take big risks. We’re thrilled in many ways to see the show on CBS All Access, just because it has allowed us an opportunity to material that is edgier than ever.
