‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Jasmine Goode meets Nick Viall … with Neil Lane?

Earlier this month, we spotlighted Jasmine Goode as one of the contestants on Nick Viall’s season of “The Bachelor,” and at the time, we stated that one of her most defining characteristics was her being a part of the Golden State Warriors dance team.

Now, apparently she’s come up with another way to be memorable on the first night of the show: Coming out of her limo with none other than jewelry guru Neil Lane, otherwise known as the dude who turns up near the end of every season to show off how amazing his stuff is. We don’t exactly think that Jasmine and Neil were BFFs before this or anything; our guess is that either she or producers had this idea for this to be a fun way for one of the women to arrive at the house, and Neil was game to go along with it.

Whether it be Jasmine or anyone else, they’ve got a long way to go before Nick will even consider putting that ring on their finger. After all, this season’s starting with a whopping 30 women, and there will be several significant cuts in the early going where anyone can go almost for the pettiest of reason. If this wasn’t “The Bachelor,” maybe Nick would think it was a little presumptuous of Jasmine to come out here showing off which one of Neil’s rings that she likes. Given that this is “The Bachelor” and Nick knows better than anyone precisely what producers do and what they want, he probably won’t make too much of this one way or another. It’s just a fun way to stand out.

As for some other memorable introductions this season, we can tell you that one woman is going to be showing up in a “dolphin” costume, and another will be riding in on an animal that you don’t exactly see very often in Los Angeles. Many of the intros are wacky, but they all in the end serve the same purpose of trying to win Nick over.
