Use ‘Daredevil,’ ‘Jessica Jones,’ or ‘Luke Cage’ to get into holiday spirit

While you enjoy a lot of holiday festivities over the course of the next couple of days, here’s some holiday spirit thrown at you in the most random form possible: Fight scenes from some of the Marvel – Netflix series that are out there.

This video was put out recently by the streaming service, and it features characters from all three of the currently-released series in “Daredevil,” “Jessica Jones,” and “Luke Cage” going at it with holiday music in the background.

Is this the most revolutionary video of all time? Hardly, but it’s fun, and this time of year we like to think that we all do need a little bit of fun. Even with these shows, they were at times rather serious so we do find it entertaining to get them in a little bit of a different light.

As a whole, it feels fair to assume that 2017 is going to be a big year for all things Marvel on Netflix, especially when you consider the fact that you’ve got “Iron Fist” premiering in the first half of the year, and then presumably “The Defenders” in the second half. To date, the pattern has been to release one show in each half of the year, and we don’t see much of a reason for that changing given that it has worked so well to date. These series have become a staple of the lineup, and if they continue to perform like this, there is probably zero reason for Netflix to ever want or need to change things up in the months or years ahead.
