Critics’ Choice Awards 2016: Where to watch, live stream red-carpet pre-show
Tonight, the 2016 Critics’ Choice Awards are going to be airing on A&E, and with the way that things are scheduled this time around, you can think of this show as a big of a precursor for everything that is coming during awards season.
Therefore, we can understand a need to watch it live — but we also understand that this may not be all that convenient. We don’t recommend any unauthorized live streams given that they could carry with them all sorts of threats to your computer; if you do log in to A&E’s website, that should be a way that you can check out a stream of the coverage starting at around 6:00 p.m. Eastern time / 3:00 p.m. Pacific, but you are going to need to validate your cable subscription in order to make that happen.
As for everyone else, we recommend that you head over to the official Facebook page for the event, given that there will likely be an abundance of red-carpet coverage and potentially even a live stream of the events of the night. There will be a variety of different places that you can check out the results with some reactions – like here at CarterMatt!: We’re going to be around throughout the night to offer up a little bit of insight on some of the TV-related winners, so be sure to check back with us.
Here is one of the other fun things about this particular show this year: We’re going to be following it up almost immediately with the nominations for the Golden Globes bright and early tomorrow morning. We’re going to be getting up at the crack of dawn to cover them here at the site and share our thoughts on the snubs and surprises — we certainly hope that you are here for it, as well!
