‘Vikings’ season 4, episode 11 spoilers: First news on midseason premiere
“Vikings” fans, you’ve been waiting for a long time to see specifically what will be coming next for your show, and we are very much happy that the midseason premiere is now not too far away! Sure, we are still talking about Wednesday, November 30, but with that premiere date in mind we’re feeling like History is going to be airing the show through the holidays. We’re fine with that, mostly because it could offer up the opportunity for the show to air throughout the holiday season, a time we’ll be craving some new episodes.
What we’ve got for you below is the smallest slice of new scoop courtesy of the SpoilerTV description for “The Outsider,” the first episode that we’ve seen in quite a few months:
“Ragnar has returned to Kattegat and there are secrets to be revealed. He makes plans to return to Wessex to right past wrongs but finds that those who were once his closest allies now have plans of their own. Even the Lothbrok sons refuse to join their father’s mission – except one.”
While we’re sure there are going to be many exciting moments ahead in terms of action and historical drama, the emotional vantage point is perhaps what we’re the most excited to dive into with this show. Let’s put it like this: We have an opportunity to see more of how Ragnar recovers from feeling as though time has started to pass him by. It’s a relatable experience to many in the present; you want to be happy for your children, but what happens when you realize that they no longer want to listen to you or accept your viewpoint? Within this show, it may be amplified to yet another level.
