‘Supergirl’ season 2 spoilers: When will Miss Martian first surface?

While there are many things worth being excited about on “Supergirl” season 2, one of the more interesting ones has to be getting more Martian Manhunter backstory in the form of Miss Martian. She’s someone familiar to comic-book fans, and hopefully she’ll become familiar to fans of the show in a great way.

Let’s just hope that you’re around on Halloween night in order to see her! The character is played by Sharon Leal, and over the course of the October 31 episode entitled “Survivors,” you’ll get a chance to learn a thing or two more about her beyond her name of M’Gann. (Given the episode’s title, we’re somewhat disappointment that there doesn’t seem to be any Jeff Probst cameo coming up.)

As for some other news as to what you can expect when this episode airs, here are a few teasers:

1. We’re going to see Kara and Alex team up to identify the murderer of an alien, and what they find in the process is a secret underground alien fight club run by villain Roulette, someone played on the show by Dichen Lachman.

2. Eventually, Kara and Hank are going to find themselves up against a surprising adversary.

3. On the Mon-El side, we are going to have a chance to see Kara as a mentor, trying to educate him in the ways of being on Earth. It’s a little too early to figure out if he is going to be a hero, a villain, or someone in between, but we are excited to figure that out further.
