‘Power’ season 3, episode 9 preview: Return date; is Ghost falling apart?

There is not exactly a lot of story left to tell on “Power” season 3, but before we get around to the closing minutes of the finale, we could be seeing Ghost getting very close to becoming a Ghost. He’s on thin ice, and the moves he is making against Milan at this point could end up putting his life in jeopardy — let alone the lives of almost everyone around him.

Yet, Jamie presses on when the show returns on September 18. (Next week, Starz is playing “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” in the “Power” timeslot.) While he’s still clearly disheveled and struggling with some parts of the plan, he will continue to pull some strings in an effort to ensure that he ensures that his family is safe. Yet, in the process of being so aggressive, he could cause them to be in further danger.

So what issues in particular could he run into? This mostly along the lines of being outnumbered, and also the sole fact that one of the people most on his side in Tommy is at the moment fairly combustible. In one way or another, you can see just how much the death of Holly is weighing on him.

At the end of the day, though, Tariq is the person you may need to be the most worried about. Kanan has been taking his time getting closer to him, and we don’t exactly get the sense that this is going to be changing in the near future.
