‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 8 spoilers: Some various teases on what lies ahead

The eighth season of “NCIS: Los Angeles” is in production, and the clear hope at the moment is that the next few months blow by! At that point, we’ll finally get a chance to check out what lies ahead, and we know that there is a heck of a lot of stuff to look forward to!

For the time being, we’re very much aware of the fact that the Deeks / Kensi relationship is front and center, and in many ways understandably so. However, we’d on’t want it to be lost that Eric and Nell are also going to be making some progress in their personal lives. Speaking to TV Guide, executive producer R. Scott Gemmill confirmed that the two parties will be “dipping their toes in the water of a relationship” during the eighth season, and that should be an interesting prospect for many out there.

Meanwhile, the website offers two other teases that you should be rather excited to hear about:

1. We are probably going to be getting a return trip from Callen’s father. For those out there who do love opportunities to get to know characters better, rejoice in this!

2. After someone on the team becomes seriously injured in the early going, this is going to force almost every character to be on their toes. In turn, we could see someone take the initiative and be the hero. Isn’t that what this show is ultimately all about? We do like to think so.
