‘Scorpion’ season 3: Details for Comic-Con panel with Elyes Gabel, Katharine McPhee, cast
It shouldn’t come as too big of a shock to all that “Scorpion” is going to be at San Diego Comic-Con this year. It’s been there in the past, and when you have an icon like Robert Patrick in your cast, we don’t know how you avoid something like this.
Today, we’ve got some more details on the show’s season 3 panel, which will be held at noon Pacific time in Ballroom 20 (a really nice space) on Thursday, July 21. This panel is part of a three-hour CBS Television Studios block that is being held on the afternoon, so it remains to be seen just where it will fall specifically. Here is what the network had to say about the panel in a statement:
“#TeamScorpion, we’ve got a case! We need to retrieve the inside scoop on what’s happening this fall with #Waige, #Quintis and the rest of our favorite band of misfit geniuses. Back by popular demand, Monday night’s top-rated drama series, SCORPION, returns to SDCC for the third year in a row with the stars and producers giving fans the intel on plots, story arcs and romances before anyone else. Fans can join series stars Elyes Gabel (“World War Z”), Robert Patrick (“Terminator 2”), Katharine McPhee (“Smash”), Eddie Kaye Thomas (“American Pie”), Jadyn Wong (“Broken Trail”), Ari Stidham (“Huge”) and executive producer Nicholas Wootton (subject to availability) for a panel discussion moderated by Patrick Gomez (@PatrickGomezLA) from PEOPLE magazine.”
Ultimately, we imagine that this panel will drop a little bit of info, but at the same time, leave a little bit of mystery up in the air. What we know is that season 2 ended with Walter O’Brien (Gabel) realizing that he needed to go to Paige (McPhee) in order to tell her how he feels. Meanwhile, Toby (Thomas) realized that Happy (Wong) was already married when he tried to propose marriage to her.
