Teen Choice Awards 2016: Brett Dalton, Priyanka Chopra, Misha Collins ‘Shadowhunters’ among reader picks

Throughout the month of June here at CarterMatt, we have done our part in order to individually spotlight some of the categories for the Teen Choice Awards. Not only that, but we’ve also enclosed some polls for readers to vote for some of their desired recipients. It’s unfortunate that we won’t have all the answers here until July 31 on Fox.

Today, we wanted to put the focus on some assorted categories in the second wave of nominations that have been voted on here at the site for at least a reasonable stretch of time.

Choice TV: Villain – This was a fairly close race, but with almost 37%, the vote here goes to Brett Dalton from Marvel’s “Agents of SHIELD.” Meanwhile, Cameron Monaghan, whose turn as Jerome on “Gotham” was certainly frightening, was in second place with 32%.

Choice TV: Scene Stealer – With just over 52% of the vote, Misha Collins of “Supernatural” fame was the top choice of fans. No real shocker here, given that he has always been enormously popular with readers here at the site.

Choice TV: Breakout Show – For everyone out there who loves “Shadowhunters,” take a bow! With almost 64% of the vote, the Freeform drama was a runaway winner in this category.

Choice TV: Breakout Star – The same goes here for Priyanka Chopra of “Quantico,” who managed to score more than 70% on her way to a super-impressive win here.
