‘Arrow’ season 5 spoilers: ‘Reaper’ alum poised to play Wild Dog
According to a report from Entertainment Weekly, Rick Gonzalez (“Reaper”) is going to recur early on in the season as Wild Dog, a DC Comics character who, like the Green Arrow, is a vigilante intent on stopping crime in Star City. However, it may become apparent early on that he is someone in need of a little bit of guidance. Enter Oliver Queen! You’ll first see him in the premiere, and Stephen Amell’s character is going to decide to at least watch him for the time being.
It’s a little early to think that Wild Dog is going to become a full-fledged member of Team Arrow, but in the immediate future, it may turn out that Oliver and Felicity need a little bit of help. Just remember for a minute or two that there is not going to be a whole lot of assistance with Diggle seemingly back in the military and Thea off finding herself. Laurel is already dead, and there’s no telling when Colton Haynes will be returning as Roy, even though we do assume that it will be happening in the near future.
