‘The Good Wife’ season 7, episode 20 preview: ‘Party’ helps pave way for series finale
We’re not trying to bring the mood down or anything, but the following is certainly a rather-sobering thought: There are only three episodes left of “The Good Wife.” There is a lot of story still left to tell with some of these characters, and that includes Peter’s trial, Alicia’s future, and of course some important stories on the families at the center of the show to go along with it. This includes “Party” airing next week.
Want to get some other news in terms of what to expect? Then be sure to check out the official synopsis right now:
“Alicia’s night goes from bad to worse when she throws a party to celebrate Howard and Jackie’s upcoming wedding. Also, Eli asks Jason to investigate Peter in preparation for his trial.”
This story is probably going to have a few different surprises here and there, and we imagine that it will be entertaining. Now, let’s just hope that this is all leading towards a happy ending, and not so much something that is going to make us incredibly depressed.
Based on what we saw at the end of tonight’s episode, we definitely know that there are some huge stories still to come on the show moving forward. Specifically, we’re talking about the reveal that Peter is going to stand trial, and while Alicia waits for divorce, she could have to go through hell with Peter one more time.
