‘Scorpion’ season 2, episode 20 preview: Scott Porter guest stars in ‘Djibouti Call’

“Scorpion” has been almost alternating weeks as of late when it comes to airing new episodes, but we are pleased now to report that there will actually be a new episode airing in one week’s time! Isn’t that so much better than having to sit around and wait? We like to think so.

Anyway, the next new episode of the show airing in seven days is entitled “Djibouti Call,” and we’re going to see everything from an interesting new setting (or at least one depicted in Los Angeles) to also an appearance from “Hart of Dixie” alum Scott Porter as a possible new member of the team who could shake up the dynamics in a rather interesting way. Take a look at the synopsis below for some further insight as to what is next:

“While on a secret mission in Djibouti, Africa, with his new Homeland protégé, Tim Armstrong (Scott Porter), Cabe is captured and Team Scorpion must save him.”

We imagine that this story is going to bring you a little bit of everything. Porter’s got the skills to be an action hero, but at the same time we also saw on “Hart of Dixie” a lot of humor and fun out of him. We’re not sure just how long he is going to be a part of the show, but even if it is an episode or two and nothing more, we’re still going to be happy to have him aboard.

One other interesting thing to remember here: There are only a few more episodes left this season, which means that the story is about to really ramp up.
