‘Black Sails’ season 3, episode 8 preview: Is war on the horizon?

Through some of “Black Sails” season 3, we’ve seen the unification of some within the pirate world against Spain. However, at the same time we’ve seen some broken promises and clashes between some characters. With empires waging war on the world, can the pirate way of life continue? It’s a broad question, but it is something that could be explored further on the new episode airing on Starz tonight.

Before we do anything else, let’s go ahead and share the synopsis below to give you some more details on what to expect:

“Rogers comes under attack while moving a prisoner. Violence erupts on the Walrus. Silver and Madi are put to a test. Billy sees a new role for himself in the coming battle.”

The sneak peek below is a little bit more specific than the promo, as Silver tells Madi a thing or two about the plan to “hide” the ship on the other side of the horizon. We’ve seen Silver now use a little bit more of his brutal side of the character now, and we’re starting to get a chance to see more of his inner strategist once more.

Ultimately, the biggest thing that you should expect to see moving forward is compelling entertainment. There’ll probably be a few twists here and there, and the end result should have you more than thrilled about what the final episodes this season could bring to the table.
