‘Teen Wolf’ season 6 spoilers: Check out some of the first casting news!
It is still many months until the sixth season of “Teen Wolf” premieres on MTV, but we gotta say that we’re rather thrilled to have some of the first casting news for it coming out now.
According to a new report from Deadline, “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” actor Pete Ploszek is going to recur heavily on the new season in the role of Dr. Garrett Douglas, a young, charming new teacher at Beacon Hills who will draw attention from almost everyone he comes into contact with.
Is it possible that there will be so much more to this character than we are able to first tell here? Probably, since we cannot imagine the show wanting to spend so much on this character if he is just an ordinary teacher. Also, the same goes for if he is some sort of Ezra Fitz character, since “Pretty Little Liars” has already done the whole teacher romance story to such an extent that there is not any new ground to cover there.
Season 6 will air on MTV this summer, and for the time being it appears that we are going to be exploring mythology from World War II. It sounds weird to say that some sort of strange, Nazi werewolf could be one of the creatures that we are going to contend with on the show moving forward, but that actually seems like it could be the case based on some of the material that we’ve seen so far. We’ll have more in due time.
