‘Madam Secretary’ season 2, episode 15 preview: ‘Right of the Boom’ and Tea Leoni aftermath

Tonight, “Madam Secretary” kicked off a storyline about missing uranium entitled “Left of the Boom,” and this was a storyline that seemed to put Elizabeth McCord and much of her family in danger almost from the very beginning.

So what followed up this particular episode? Think along the lines of “Right of the Boom,” which is obviously meant to be connected to the storyline that we saw on the show tonight. Tea Leoni, Keith Carradine, and the rest of the cast is going to have their work cut out for them trying to resolve everything that we had a chance to see, and the synopsis below is a further indicator of precisely what you can expect:

“Following a shocking event on U.S. soil, Elizabeth rushes to find answers to President Dalton’s many questions about how it was able to occur.”

Obviously, we expect this episode to be a thrill ride, and one that introduces even more twists and turns into the story. Will Elizabeth be able to find those responsible and start to prepare for the future? We’re certainly hoping so over time.

Based on the preview that aired, one of the other major concerns with this episode is going to be finding out if Henry makes it through all of this alive. While he didn’t seem to die in the initial blast, the problem is that uranium poisoning is not an easy thing to treat. Even if he doesn’t face immediate danger, this is something that we are not going to be able to forget. How could you?
