‘Criminal Minds’ season 11, episode 15 preview: Marisol Nichols returns for ‘A Badge and a Gun’

Just in case you are not getting your fill of Marisol Nichols as the Desert Wolf over on “Teen Wolf” season 5, we come bearing some good news: She’s going to be back on “Criminal Minds” next week in the role of Natalie Colfax. This is the character’s second recent appearance, and it looks as though the BAU is going to be enlisting her help once more as they travel to Los Angeles.

the synopsis below, if you have not seen it already, gives you some more news about what is coming up ahead:

“The BAU searches Los Angeles after the team discovers security footage that shows an UnSub being invited into victims’ homes, on CRIMINAL MINDS, Wednesday, Feb. 24 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.  Marisol Nichols returns as Agent Natalie Colfax. Carmine Giovinazzo (“CSI: NY”) guest stars as Andrew Meeks, a former janitor.”

We’re going to have some more news on this episode as we get closer to it airing, but we’re going to go ahead and throw it out there that there could be potential in a Los Angeles-based spin-off for this show. It works for “NCIS,” so why not here? Think of this as something that we’re going to incubate for the time being and discuss further in an article down the line. For the time being, we suppose that we’re better off preparing for “Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders” when it airs next month. One spin-off at a time, right?
