‘The X Factor’ UK: Mason Noise did not appear at final due to ‘logistics’

Mason -

It appears that once again, Mason Noise has found himself in controversy when it comes to “The X Factor.” The irony here this time around is that it is coming many weeks after he was first eliminated on the show.

We’re talking here specifically about why he did not appear in the final on Sunday, given the fact that there was a group performance in there that he could have been a part of. There were rumors swirling for some time as to why it didn’t happen, but he simply claimed that it was a matter of a lack of proper communication as to lodging. Here is what he specifically had to say in a Press Association interview:

“It wasn’t really a choice (to not appear). There was some problem with my management and The X Factor and then miscommunication logistically so I couldn’t get there. It was logistics, the hotel wasn’t sorted so we couldn’t get down there. The show just didn’t get back to us … I think it must have just been by accident, either they couldn’t work it out or didn’t respond.”

A show source does refute these claims slightly to the Mirror, saying that Mason was contacted several times but there was no proper reply.

Mason insists that he is planning to take part in the upcoming tour, and him not showing up in the final probably won’t impact that. In the end, we don’t really think that he is missing out on a whole lot given that the only real performance they had was some cheesy opening number that felt under-rehearsed given the amount of time that they had.
