‘Scorpion’ season 2 spoilers: Looking beyond the winter finale
Monday night marks the winter finale of “Scorpion” on CBS, but within this article we’re going to actually take more of a look ahead at what is coming up in the next part of the season. The show is going to return in January with all-new episodes, and it seems like in one of those we’re going to be seeing things get particularly chilly.
Speaking to TV Guide a little all about what is going to be coming up on the show, executive producer Nick Santora makes it clear just what is going to be coming up in the near future:
“Ironically, our big snow episode is not the Christmas episode. It’s the first episode back from the holiday break … I can say without hyperbole, it’s one of the most visually impressive episodes of television I’ve ever been involved with. In short, the team winds up in a blizzard on the South Pole. And it looks like a feature film. It’s amazing.”
This is one of the things about this show that make it so much fun to watch and experience: You’re basically getting a chance to deal with so many different locations and events on a weekly basis. Few other shows really attempt some of what “Scorpion” does, and time and time again it makes you thankful for everything that it attempts. Now, let’s just hope that the midseason finale does a particularly good job of getting us all the more excited for everything that is coming up on the other side.
