‘Criminal Minds’ season 11, episode 10 preview: ‘Future Perfect’ and the winter finale

“Criminal Minds” has certainly run the gamut of emotions so far through season 11. We’ve been happy at the arrival of Aisha Tyler, stunned by the actions of many UnSubs, and then also sad again upon making the realization that Tyler was not going to be around much longer. With that being said, we did at least have a reason to celebrate again with the return of AJ Cook, and moving into the big winter finale “Future Perfect” next week, the show is giving us a story that is, for the most part, still wrapped up in mystery.

Want to see some further scoop about what to expect in the hour? Well, we like to think of the synopsis below as the perfect bit of evidence that the show is not giving away much:

“The BAU searches for an UnSub who may be fascinated with medical experimentation.”

For whatever reason, that’s all we have to go on at the moment … which isn’t great given that this could be the synopsis for a wide array of different episodes on this show. What we hope for above all else, especially given that this is the last episode of the show we’re going to receive for a while, is that we get something further when it comes to Garcia being in hiding from the hitmen out to get her. She’s finally accepted the fact that she will be staying at the station for a while and has unpacked her things (and even had dinner with Hotch last episode), but she can’t live there forever… can she?
