‘Under the Dome’ season 3, episode 10 preview: ‘Legacy’ yields unlikely alliances

As we start to get closer and closer to the end of “Under the Dome” season 3, one thing is made abundantly clear: We are going to see more and more chaos, and also more and more surprises. Seeing just who the Resistance team up with is just one of them. We suppose this is a case where beggars cannot be choosers, but we still feel for anyone who pairs up with Aktaion and feels like it is going to yield some good results.

“Legacy” is the title for the next new episode of the show, and if you want to get some more news in terms of what to expect from this hour, just take a look at the synopsis below:

“The Resistance, the citizen not under Christine’s (Marg Helgenberger) control, join forces with an unexpected ally: Hektor Martin (Eriq La Salle), the nefarious head of Aktaion. Despite Hektor revealing more about the Dome’s origins and helping to strike back at it, Big Jim and Julia still worry he will betray them. Meanwhile, Hunter receives encrypted files that give disturbing insights into the final effect the Dome will have on the infected townspeople.”

There are only four episodes left this season, and thanks to the reveal at TCA this week that the dome is probably coming down at the end of the season, one of the other exciting things at the moment is that we simply know that there are serious stakes now. Whatever happens over the next few weeks, it has to get us to a place where that makes a little bit of sense.
