‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: Double eviction aftermath
If you are still nursing your wounds from tonight’s “Big Brother 17” double eviction, we don’t blame you. This was an insane hour of television from start to finish, and it ended in a way we never saw coming, with Steve being declared Head of Household, Johnny Mac winning the Veto, and Jackie ultimately going home. This wasn’t a wonderful move for Steve in some ways, but there is no wonderful move for him since other than Johnny Mac, we’re not sure he has a good ally in the game.
Of course, following all of this Meg and James are upset, and they are already trying to come up with a theory that maybe either Vanessa or Austin was behind all of this. James feels like he is the next target, and the only reason we think that Steve didn’t nominate him is because he feels like he was the only one with a good chance of winning Head of Household, and then coming back after him in some sort of act of revenge. He may try that anyway, but James probably knows there are bigger threats.
Of course, Vanessa and the twins are celebrating, while Johnny Mac feels really guilty and Steve is somewhere off sulking. The next HoH is going to be huge for Becky and John in particular; they will be targets, and the twins, Austin, and Vanessa are getting very close to being in a serious power position in this game.
For those wondering, the next Head of Household Competition should be a little later tonight. We don’t have an exact time pinned down, but we’ll come back later to announce the winner.
Update: We thought that we’d add in here that apparently, Steve told John not to use the Veto. That’s somewhat a surprise to us, since we thought he was coming after Becky.
