‘Person of Interest’ season 5: Michael Emerson, Amy Acker, more to appear at San Diego Comic-Con
If you enjoy “Person of Interest,” then you better be prepared to wait for a long time. The 13-episode fifth season is probably going to premiere at some point in 2015, but there has been no exact premiere date named just yet.
With that being said, prepare to be impressed yet again by what is coming at San Diego Comic-Con next month! The show is coming back on Saturday, July 11 from 5:15–6:15 p.m. Pacific time in Room 6BCF. As for who will be in attendance, executive producers Jonathan Nolan, Greg Plageman and Denise Thé will be accompanied by series stars Jim Caviezel, Michael Emerson, Kevin Chapman and Amy Acker. Since the status of Sarah Shahi is unclear for the immediate future of the series, you really should not be so surprised that she is missing in action here.
Will there be some more information shared on the new season? We can only hope so, since it will most likely need to tie us over for some time.
While the fifth season does have a shorter episode order than any that has come before it, it should be noted yet again that this does not mean in the slightest that it will be the last for the series itself. CBS will have many decisions to make there, and all we hope here is that no matter what happens, this show gets the excellent ending that we feel that it ultimately deserves.
We are going to have even more updates as they come out, both about this show and others appearing at SDCC.
