‘Game of Thrones’ season 5, episode 10 (finale): Gendry, Walder Frey, Benjen Stark top our wishlist

Game of Thrones -The “Game of Thrones” season 5 finale tonight is going to run for 63 minutes, and in theory, that means that there will be some more opportunities to see some crazy stuff take place. There’s more time for it to! Given that there may only be two seasons left, there’s really only going to be so much time for many of the show’s loose ends to start to be tied together. Hopefully during the finale Sunday night, at least a few of them will be.

If you look below, you can see who are among the people we’d love to see turn up at some point before the end of the episode. Maybe one or two of them will, but the rest are heavy longshots for at least a little while further.

Gendry – Where in the world is this dude? Did he get lost and he’s secretly living on an island like Tom Hanks? Davos may have helped him out, but the lack of Gendry isn’t helping out anyone.

Walder Frey – Despite being one of the chief architects behind one of the most infamous events in the show’s history in the Red Wedding, we have not seen House Frey on the show really ever since the third season. The time seems right for us to dive back into this world somehow.

Rickon Stark – Is Rickon secretly living somewhere with Gendry, which explains the absence of both of them? It’s at least possible.

Bran Stark – Bran’s been chilling with the Children presumably all season long. We know that he will be back presumably next season, and we’ll finally get a chance to see what has been happening with him in this time.

Benjen Stark – Given his ties to the Night’s Watch and rumors that are out there, you may actually get to see Benjen at some point in the finale.

Hodor – Hodor? Hodor!!!

The Mountain – Just because we want to see someone eventually kill him.

Varys – It’s been weeks since we’ve seen him turn up, and he does remain a personal favorite character from this world.
