‘Ray Donovan’ season 3 spoilers: ‘Person of Interest’ star Sarah Shahi to guest

Do you miss Sarah Shahi on “Person of Interest“? While she has not necessarily departed the series for good, the actress did decide that she wanted to take some time away for the sake of her new family. The reality is that it is time-consuming working as a TV star, but given that Shaw is still alive somewhere out there, we figure that we are going to see her again at some point.

For the time being, though, we can at least tell you that you will be seeing the actress over on “Ray Donovan”! Per The Hollywood Reporter, the actress has signed on to appear in an episode of the Showtime series as an Armenian pop star by the name of Hasmig. It’s certainly a random role, but Ray has a tendency to take care of pretty random problems!

The most notable thing about this gig for Shahi is that this could potentially allow her to spend some more time with her former “The L Word” co-star Katherine Moennig, who plays the part of Ray’s assistant on the show.

The third season of “Ray Donovan” is currently slated to be premiering on the network later this summer. As for “Person of Interest,” its future is a little bit more unclear. While CBS has confirmed that there will be thirteen more episodes of the series, what we do not know just yet is when they will precisely premiere other than “midseason.” We may not know something more than that for many months.
