‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ preview: Vicki Gunvalson’s latest party

“Real Housewives of Orange County” is upon us yet again! The series returned to Bravo earlier this week, and over the course of the season we’re going to see these women have fun, deal with serious problems, and also probably fight over little things. That tends to happen more often than not. We’re also going to have Meghan King Edmonds start to spread her wings as the latest addition to the show.

We are going to see more of Meghan on Monday night’s new episode of the series, which is far from the only thing to look forward to. Vicki Gunvalson’s throwing a Festia! We’re mostly pumped about this because on just about any version of the Housewives ever, a party is never a party. More often than not, this is really just a code for people arguing and sniping about each other.

“Shannon and David are pushed to new limits as they finish up the last day of their couples retreat. Meanwhile, having returned from Puerto Vallarta, Vicki throws a Fiesta party where a piñata isn’t the only thing that’s bashed. At the party, when Heather introduces her friend Meghan to the group, Shannon realizes that she has a history with Meghan. Plus, Vicki and Tamra’s shaky friendship becomes even more complicated as the two come face-to-face after having avoided each other for the past six months.”

We knew that this was coming for Vicki and Tamra at some point, right? For the two of them, we have a feeling that much of the struggle this season will be if they can put their best feet forward, or continue to deal with problems of the past.
