‘iZombie’ episode 11 preview: First details on ‘Astroburger’

Next week, “iZombie” is going to be facing one of its biggest challenges … but we are not talking about anything necessarily related to the story of the show itself. Instead, we are talking a little bit more specifically about it starting to air out of sweets. While the rest of the CW schedule is going to be off the air, it will press forward to wrap up its first season minus “The Flash.”

If there is still some good news, it is that the show will still be coming back for a second season! That renewal was made clear earlier this month. “Astroburger” is the awesome title for the next new episode of the show, and you can see the official synopsis right now below:

“When someone close to Major (Robert Buckley) dies of an apparent suicide, Liv (Rose McIver) consumes the brains resulting in a mix of reality and paranoia. Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) questions Major and learns of a secret computer file that may contain important details in the investigation – and finding the killer.”

This episode is most likely going to be a very different story than most, and the reason we say that is simple: It revolves very much all around a character we already know. Now that we have made it far enough in the show, this does open the door potentially to a variety of chances to get to know some of the established cast members more.
