‘Survivor: Worlds Apart’ rankings: What chance does Mike Holloway have?

Mike -While we are right now in the midst of “Survivor: Second Chance” fury in the same way that many other people are, we also don’t want to forget in the process here that there is a season of the game in “Survivor: Worlds Apart” still happening! That is why we want to present the latest edition of our contestant rankings now to gauge where the players stand moving forward, including possible returnees Mike and Carolyn.

While this is not the most likable final six in the history of the show, we will at least sit here and say that it is one of most complicated. We’re not thinking that there is a consistent favorite to win it all, and there are many interesting combinations that could happen for the final three.

6. Mike Holloway – He no longer has an immunity idol, just as he no longer has any allies and everyone knows that he will likely win if he makes it to the end. Unless you absolutely know that you’re not making it to the end with the alliance as constructed, there is no logical reason to keep Mike … even if we really like him and want to see him declared Sole Survivor.

5. Will Sims II – Yep, it’s looking more and more like Will may get to sit at the final tribal, but he also has absolutely no shot at winning. After what he did to Shirin, how do you even give a guy a vote? Maybe he’ll get Rodney’s if he is on the jury, but that is absolutely it.

4. Dan Foley – If we somehow end with a final two of Dan and Will, it may be enough to make the head of every “Survivor” fan explode. Luckily, we do think that this is a final three season! Therefore, Dan’s not going to be winning the game despite however amazing he may think he is at this.

3. Sierra Dawn Thomas – Sierra’s best hope is to be the lesser of many evils among the remaining players. Her real path as to be getting to the end with Will and Dan, since she wins in a landslide. As we’ve said before, though, we still do think she may have a shot at this against either Rodney or Carolyn, at least in that she has not alienated anyone in the way that they have.

2. Rodney Lavoie Jr. – Sure, he pouts, complains about birthdays, and is quick to get angry at the drop of a hat. Yet, think about it: If he makes it to the end with Dan and Will, he wins. He may even be able to argue that he made more moves than Sierra in organizing his alliance against Mike. Crazier things have happened than Rodney winning this game.

1. Carolyn Rivera – We’re still going with Mama C at #1 for the time being, even if we wonder if getting rid of her #1 ally in Tyler makes her more of an obvious target now. She does still have the immunity idol to help her, and she’s shown that she can be an immunity threat. While she did not make a great impression on Shirin and potentially other No Collar players, we still think many of them would vote for her over Rodney, Dan, Mike, and possibly Sierra. Mike would be her big obstacle.
