‘Britain’s Got Talent’ 2015 premiere date revealed; David Walliams fans rejoice!

More news -There is no rest for the wicked when it comes to talent competitions in Great Britain. On Saturday, “The Voice UK” wrapped up its latest season, and next weekend, one of our personal favorites in “Britain’s Got Talent” is going to be back on the air. Saturday night is the night, and even if you are not British, we feel like there are still plenty of reasons to watch.

First and foremost, this series has the best judging panel quite possibly on the entire planet. You’ve got the acerbic and sometimes-authoritative Simon Cowell, and the problem that he sometimes run into on some shows is that the other judges know that he is the boss, and there is a sort of unspoken tension that happens there. That’s not even remotely the case here. Led by the sensationally funny David Walliams, he, Amanda Holden, and Alesha Dixon have no problem putting Simon in his place, and disagreeing with him in broad strokes. Also, the bromance between David and Simon is stronger than many actual romances are in real life.

Format-wise, it does not appear like there are too many different changes that are coming to the show this year. We anticipate once again some acts from all over the world, and also a chance to see the golden buzzers make a big imprint. Whoever lands one of these automatically advances to the live shows. If David chooses to use his buzzer again on a completely ridiculous act, we imagine that we will love him all the more for it. Anything to further get under Simon’s skin!

As you would expect, we’ll continue to have all sorts of coverage of the show all season long, including reviews and previews of the talent.
