‘Talking Dead’ spoilers: Chandler Riggs, Gale Anne Hurd, Yvette Nicole Brown to appear

Tonight marks the penultimate episode of “The Walking Dead,” and it also means an opportunity to see a wide array of great people on its “Talking Dead” companion series. AMC has confirmed that this week’s guests are Chandler Riggs, Gale Ann Hurd, and Yvette Nicole Brown.

For Chandler, this is big news given how long some out there have waited to see him stop by the show. Also, hopefully this is a big indicator that this could be an episode for Carl. Typically, guests line up well with an episode that they have great material in; for example, Steven Yeun appeared last week to discuss that horrific scene in which Glenn watched Noah be torn apart right in front of him. This has been a somewhat lighter season for Carl, and we’d love to see that change somewhat before the finale wraps up.

As for Hard, the executive producer is always a great guest given that she has a ton of inside knowledge, and also love this entire genre to go along with it. The show has been very good throughout the season at getting more behind-the-scenes people to stop by. We’d be disappointed if the finale does not feature either Scott M. Gimple or Robert Kirkman on it.

As for Brown, the former “Community” and current “Odd Couple” star has already shown herself to be great at these discussion shows, mostly because she is able to do the work, while still talking objectively and with humor about other shows. Ultimately, everything is being set up very well.
