‘House of Lies’ season 4, episode 5 video: Clyde looks to Marty for advice

Here’s a word to the wise to Clyde on “House of Lies“: Don’t look to Marty Kaan for advice on … well, anything. The more and more that we’ve come to learn about this man, the more and more that we realize that he is a complete mess. You can be talking about at work or away from work; in the end, it really does not matter much one way or another.

In the sneak peek below from Sunday night’s new episode, Ben Schwartz’s character has a one-on-one conversation with him about his feelings for a certain someone who is way different than anyone that he has ever liked before. Thanks to that, we get a chance to see him pepper Marty with a series of what have to be fairly-irritating questions that he probably does not want to deal with.

Do we think that Clyde will make a move? Probably, just because we have never known this character to not make a move. This sort of thing is ultimately just what he does, so he will most likely continue to try to find that perfect person for him … if that exists. for Clyde, we wonder sometimes if that perfect person is really just himself.

Ultimately, we feel like this is a show that is moving into a good direction after a rocky start to this season, and we like this Clyde storyline. Anything to see Schwartz get more screentime is something that we are definitely happy with.
