‘Agent Carter’ episode 6 preview: Hayley Atwell’s Peggy faces an impossible situation

Just as with almost every other TV show known to mankind, things are not starting to become suddenly easier on “Agent Carter” as we get closer and closer to the big season finale. Instead, we’d say that we are watching them only unravel and become even crazier.

The next new episode is going to ultimately feature Peggy (Hayley Atwell) face opposition from all sides, whether it be with the Russians or even with the Americans, who are strongly considering throwing the book at her for treason. Nobody knows the situation like she does, and in a way, that is a part of the problem. If anyone else had the knowledge that she has, we imagine that we’d be dealing with a very different sort of situation here.

Ultimately, what we are really hoping for right now is that this is an episode that continues the tradition of giving us twists and turns that lead us towards Peggy’s eventual rise to power within SHIELD. Also, we need a good build to the finale, given that this is only an eight-part season, and at the moment, we are unsure if it will even return.
