‘The Bachelor’: Host on Ashley Iaconetti – Chris Soules actions
So far on this season of “The Bachelor,” Ashley Iaconetti has certainly taken center stage at various times … but is it always for things that she can necessarily be proud of? We’re not entirely sure of that. After all, this is a woman who spent part of the episode Monday wandering around in a dress so that she can have her own touch of Cinderella. Also, she turned her bellybutton piercing into a magic lamp earlier this season.
While Ashley is definitely an interesting character, we are starting to wonder if she is really right for Chris Soules. After all, she’s probably making way bigger of a deal about her being a virgin than she really needs to. For Becca Tilley, meanwhile, it seems to be no big deal at all. This is a subject that host Chris Harrison addressed in his most-recent Yahoo blog, where he broke down the emotional aftermath of the conversation the two shared after she finally revealed her “big news” to him:
“Chris didn’t see what happened after their talk — but we did. Ashley was all but breaking down because after she broke the news to him, Chris didn’t try to jump her bones. (Again, WHAT???) This is all a huge red flag for Chris as it shows she’s just a young girl still trying to figure things out in her life. Until you truly know yourself and are comfortable with your sexuality, you can’t fully give yourself to somebody else. I think Chris is starting to sense this, as are some of the other women who are tiring of her antics. But man, is she amazingly fun to watch.”
Harrison later compared her to Becca, and showed that the way she discussed being a virgin is a sign of how she may be in a different place in her life.
What do you think: Is Chris right, or do you think that being in a difficult situation like on “The Bachelor” just brings out different emotions out of people?
