‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4 spoilers: Talking about the ‘Best Laid Plans’

Who is ready to talk about “Once Upon a Time” and episode titles once again? It feels like it has been a little while since we have had any real news of consequence at all when it comes to the show.

Well, we’re here today with another episode title courtesy of co-showrunner Adam Horowitz, and it is a rather simple one in “Best Laid Plans.” This is the 16th episode of the fourth season, and there will be quite a bit of good stuff hopefully jammed in here. In terms of generics, we know that the second part of this season will focus heavily on the Queens of Darkness, and those three are Maleficent, Ursula, and Cruella de Vil. All of them have their own unique brand of evil, and we expect to see that brought to the table and then some.

With these three queens as a focus, they should all presumably get at least one flashback episode, right? It does seem that way.

With all of this being said, the one with the true plan here is Rumpelstiltskin. He was found out near the end of the winter season for his plotting and scheming, and for the time being, he is on a temporary form of exile. We’re just going to have to see how long that lasts, and if he can get back in the good graces of everyone soon enough.

The show returns on March 1 with an episode entitled “Darkness on the Edge of Town.” We will have some further scoop soon enough.
