‘Survivor: Worlds Apart’ spoilers: Expect cast reveal closer to premiere date
Before we completely close off our coverage tonight of the “Survivor: San Juan del Sur” finale, we wanted to at least address one more thing in regards to the upcoming season “Survivor: Worlds Apart”: What are some of the important key dates to know.
We’ll start here with February 25, since that is the obvious premiere date that was announced a while ago, in addition tot he premiere of “The Amazing Race 26.” Ultimately, you are going to be looking here at a 90-minute premiere, which is the same length as what we had this season. We appreciate this very much, since it basically means that we get an extra 30 minutes of footage for nothing. Huzzah!
Now, what about the cast reveal? Our advice is to be patient until around the second or third week in January. “Survivor: Cagayan” premiered around the same time in 2014, and its cast was officially announced on January 22. Of course, the moment it is, we will be back with (to quote Jeff Probst) all the fixins’: Spotlights, predictions, videos, and so much more.
Later on in the season, we’ll also have our standard dosage of weekly exit interviews with the eliminated castaways, which we are also going to have tomorrow with the final five. It’s going to be a busy day, and we’ll have to DIG DEEP to get them all up before the day ends.
Don’t worry: We will never do anything to ruin the game for you here! The only information we will hand out is when CBS officially announces it.
