‘The Walking Dead’ season 5 spoilers: Watch for the first six minutes

A week from Sunday, the season 5 premiere of “The Walking Dead” is going to be upon us, and let’s just say that the last thing you want to do is be late for it airing. As a matter of fact, we go ahead and recommend that you show up and plant your butt on the couch early, just in case you forget something and have to rush back to the kitchen.

After all, the first six or so minutes of the premiere, so we hear, is going to completely blow your brain away. This may be the most insane, shocking, and violent six minutes the show has ever done, and death will play a part in it.

So are we talking about a major character we’ve come to know and love, or a minor one who we barely remember? That is one of the mysteries right now. We know that there will be major characters who die this season, but they may at least have the luxury of living past the opening minutes of the season.

In the end, let’s just say that while some of the current prisoners at Terminus may be able to eventually work their way out of there, it’s going to take a little bit of work, and potentially a high body count. We assume that the one person who is for sure safe is Eugene, mostly because if he dies, then there is really no point in trying to get to Washington DC.
