‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 2, episode 20 video: Another ‘Ever After’ peek

For those who have been hoping for a “Beauty and the Beast” episode that is both entertaining and also a nice little detour from the norm, you may very well have it in “Ever After.” After all, one of the main orders of business is a trip to suburbia that could hopefully be the escape that Cat and Vincent need.

The reasoning behind this move is pretty simple in that this is the opportunity to go into hiding that the two in some ways have been craving. There will no longer be any reason to be afraid of the outside world, and they can be excited about being around people who are actually … friendly.

Unfortunately, the video below is basically proof that the sneak peeks we have seen about these two being happy and secluded are ultimately going to be very short-lived. The hunt will be an intense one for the two, and this may be the same sort of action-packed hour that you expected after seeing all of the craziness last week.

There is still a pretty significant issue that needs to be addressed, though, that was not in this video: The state of Gabe now. When he remembered everything at the end of this past episode, it feels like that was a pretty substantial turning point for the character. He now knows just what he is fully capable of, and in this particular situation we would definitely not say that this is a good thing. He will mostly likely stay on Vincent’s case until he fully gets what he wants, and based on everything that we have seen, what he wants is destruction of Vincent once and for all.
