‘Big Brother Canada 2’ live feed spoilers: The (fortunate?) Power of Veto winner

The latest -The last few Saturdays have been tough for “Big Brother Canada” live-feeders, since the show has not exactly brought the feeds back up after the Power of Veto Competition early. Sometimes, you wonder whether or not the houseguests are even going to be awake when it is brought to the table.

Well luckily, that didn’t quite happen this weekend, unless you are really an early bird and was done before midnight. We know now that Jon won the Power of Veto, and controls all of the power in the house this week. He is likely going to leave nominations the same, rather than make an enormous move that could get him in trouble later. (Update: He did just tell Sabrina and Rachelle he may use it, but we’ll believe it when we see it at this point.)

The great thing about his winning the Veto is that it prevents anything insane from happening. Even if Allison wants to use her Secret Veto in order to ensure that one of them is safe and someone from her alliance goes on the block, they won’t go home. As she told Heather tonight, she made a mistake in joining an alliance that was already formed, and she is at the bottom of the totem pole.

This is where the problem could come into play for Jon. He’s won three competitions now, and is a huge physical and social threat in the game. He’s going to be targeted by a good many people unless Neda or maybe Arlie wins Head of Household. Adel may also keep him safe, but we wouldn’t be shocked if Heather or Allison tries to get rid of him, mostly because they don’t have that many other chances. This is the problem with being a good challenge competitor; the only reason that Jillian and Emmett weren’t hurt by this was because they won so many competitions until the final three.
