‘Big Brother Canada 2’ live feed spoilers: Adel’s no-good, very bad move
Saturday has definitely turned out to be a pretty fun one in the “Big Brother Canada” house, and at the end of the day, there is really just one person to blame for it: Adel. For a while, it seemed like he was playing a good game, and the only debate was whether or not he was doing it deliberately or by accident.
Some evidence of this gameplay? When we spoke to Kenny in an interview on Friday, he said that Adel’s decision to fake his power out to be something bigger than it was ended up being a big reason why he was able to do well in the game. Nobody really was targeted Adel because they were afraid.
Now, however, we’ve got definitive proof that this move was just a happy accident on his part. After all, how else in the world can you possibly defend someone deciding to use a Veto pass when they don’t need to? Even though Sabrina and Rachelle were already on the block, Adel decided to use his power today when players were chosen for the Power of Veto, declining Allison of all people the chance to play.
This move was so awful for so many reasons. For one, you’re making someone in your own alliance, even if they are at the bottom, feel insecure about their future in the game for no reason. She’s also a good competitor, and since you’ve won nothing, you cannot really make an argument about making the team against either Rachelle or Sabrina stronger.
What makes this even dumber is that Allison has the Secret Veto, even though Adel doesn’t know that. Allison’s angry about this, and let’s frame this situation as follows. In the event that Rachelle for some reason wins the Veto, takes herself down, and Jon puts someone like Heather up as a pawn, Allison could use the Veto on Sabrina, and then force Jon to nominate someone else within his alliance. If Neda went up against Heather, we feel like Neda would be the one to go home. This is all a huge stretch, but crazier things have happened in this game.
