‘Once Upon a Time’ season 3 spoilers: Who from ‘Wonderland’ is crossing over?
While “Once Upon a Time in Wonderland” may be dead at the conclusion of Thursday night’s season finale, we are very pleased to report that it is by no means buried. The flagship series is going to keep the spin-off and some of its characters close to heart, and as a matter of fact, one of them is even going to be joining the Storybrooke gang as a series regular for the upcoming fourth season.
Sources confirm that Michael Socha, who played the part of the Knave of Hearts / Will Scarlet on the spin-off series, is the lucky guy (though you probably guessed that already, given that his photo is posted above).Socha’s promotion on the show is a very big deal in that it at least makes certain that all of the history from “Wonderland” is not forgotten. It also aids the show in the sense that it keeps it from being too devastated by the loss of Michael Raymond-James as Neal. (The actor spoke out on his character’s surprising death yesterday.)
While a “Once Upon a Time” renewal has not been confirmed by any means, it is pretty easy to assume that it will be coming up in the near future. The show is a great ratings performer for ABC on Sunday nights, and has been surprisingly strong this spring given the fact that there is so much competition and also warmer weather coming up that will coax some people into going outside rather than sitting in front of the TV.
The next episode of “Once Upon a Time” is “It’s Not Easy Being Green,” which should serve as a nice source of insight into the past of the Wicked Witch.
